Can you work with my budget?

Yes, we can do as little or as much as you need and we can spread the projects out if you have several giving your budget time to save up.  We can offer a consultaion with ideas that you can implement yourself, assist you with the most difficult projects and let you tackle the easy ones on your own. Let us know what your budget is and we will do our best to give you the most help for your dollar. top

Do you offer Skype Sessions?

Yes, we can assist you via Skype which saves the organizer travel time so that we charge half price for these sessions.  This is a great way to get help on a budget.  The negative side is that the organizer is not present to physically assist with the clutter and organizing aspects of the session. top

How long will the process take?

The answer to that question depends on you!  We work as fast as you let us.  Some clients are ready to make decisions and others struggle with decision making causing the process to slow.  The first session is usually the most difficult but as the clieint learns the decision making tools the process speeds up.  We are there to keep you moving forward as quickly as possible.  After the first session we can give you better estimates of the time it will take to accomplish other areas. top

What do I need to do to prepare for the consultation?

Nothing!  We need to see your space the way you are using it so that we can create the best system for you.  You needn't feel ashamed  -- we don't see the clutter you see.  We see the Clutter-Free finished product!

What forms of payments do you accept?

We can take cash, check or credit cards. top

What if my spouse/significant other/kids are not on board?

The best way to approach this is by letting them know that you need the help personally or you need help to know how to.  Scheduling a consultation for all parties involved is a good way for everyone to meet the organizer and hear the process and will give them an opportunity to voice their concerns and needs.  We can only help those who want it and we don't throw away anyone else's possessions.  top

What makes you different from other organizers?

My goal is to listen to the needs of my clients and create a unique system that works for them.  I also start organizing by being sure that the client feels secure with the items they use on a daily and weekly basis before we start the de-cluttering process which takes a lot of the "fear" out of de-cluttering and organizing.  My goal is for you to be thrilled with the outcome and we work hard to gain your confidence and trust. top

Why do I need a professional organizer?

A professional organizer comes into your space with fresh eyes and ideas that will help you over the struggle and frustrations  that paralyze you.  We are not emotionally attached to your possessions so that we can offer objective in site to your situation.  We keep you from getting bogged down in the details and just moving the piles from one place to another.  We bring energy and encouragement to keep you motivated. We are not your "family" nagging you, we are your cheerleader to encourage you! top

Will you make me buy organizing containers?

We encourage you to de-clutter and organize before you buy any organizing tools.  We also try to use what you have before we send you shopping.  Organizing containers can become clutter if you don't know what you need before you go shopping. top

Will you throw all my stuff out?

No, you are in charge of what gets thrown away!  We will help you make decisions but you have the final say.  It is your home and your stuff and only you know what is most important and needed.  We will help you throw away anything that you do want to get rid of. top
