When a closet becomes a storage unit it ceases to function.  The clothes this cient was wearing were hanging on the doors and draped over a chair and the bed because she could no longer get into the closet safely.  We worked together to remove all the clothes that were no longer blessing her (didn't fit) and removed all the miscellaneous items that did not belong so that we could hang the current clothes where they belonged in the closet and make it safe for her to use again.
